2.1 Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information ("Registration Data").

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

2.3 Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes, including managing field operations, tracking employee locations and attendance, recording meeting notes, and integrating data into payroll processes. You shall not use the Services to collect or store data beyond the scope of your business needs or for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

3.1 Service Features

Quantum Bee desk provides a suite of integrated tools including:

• Real-Time Location Tracking: Monitor the live location of field employees and vehicles.
• Location-Based Attendance: Automatically record attendance with geofencing and biometric verification options.
• Task and Meeting Management: Create, assign, and track tasks and meeting notes in real time.
• Route and Distance Analytics: Automatically compute travel distances and routes to facilitate reimbursements and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrated Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance monitoring and payroll integration.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to (a) attempt to disrupt or interfere with our Services; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our software; or (c) use automated tools to scrape or collect data beyond what is permitted by our user interface.

4.1 Subscription and Fee Structure

In exchange for access to our Services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription or usage fees as described on our website. Our fees may be based on a per-user or usage model and are subject to periodic revision with advance notice.

4.2 Taxes

All Fees exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed by law on these Fees.

4.3 Invoicing and Payment Terms

Invoices are issued periodically and must be paid within seven (7) calendar days. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account until outstanding amounts are cleared.

5.1 Support

For technical issues or questions, contact our support team via the Service Dashboard or email support@quantumbeedesk.com during business hours (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).

• Major Issues: Response within 3 hours (during business hours).
• Medium Issues: Response within 3 business days.
• Minor Issues: Response within 7 business days.

5.2 Service Availability

We guarantee a system uptime of at least 95% per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance (not to exceed once per month). Unscheduled maintenance will be resolved within 3 hours; otherwise, penalty provisions may apply.

6.1 Termination for Breach

Either party may terminate these Terms immediately if the other party materially breaches any provision and fails to cure such breach within 15 business days of written notice.

6.2 Termination for Non-Payment

We may terminate your access if fees remain unpaid for more than two consecutive months.

6.3 Termination by Notice

Either party may terminate the agreement with one (1) month written notice.

6.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease using our Services. Any prepaid fees will be refunded only if termination is due to our breach; otherwise, no refunds shall be provided. You will have 7 business days after termination to retrieve any data before deletion.

10.1 Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Bee desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
